Motown in If I Want Exposure, I'll Take My Tits Out (Rock Your Tits Off) - A Tits Out Collective Color

  • $30.00

You asked, and it's finally here: Motown, our flufftastic blend of silk and premium mohair! This ain't your mama's mohair; ours is superlatively soft and lightweight. There are a generous 455 yards in each 50g skein, 72% mohair and 28% silk.

This yarn is incredibly versatile. Use it by itself with small needles to make a dense, fluffy fabric or with larger needles to create an effortless openwork garment. Or pair it with anything to add a glorious halo and use it to blend colors like never before! Combine it with something in the same colorway to add unprecedented depth and tonality, or put it with something totally different to create a unique marl and blend the two colors in a totally new way!

This one will rock your tits off!

This is the listing to pre-order your skeins of our Tits Out Collective color! $5 from every skein will be donated to the Jersey Battered Women's Service.

According to CharityNavigator.org (who rated them a 99.15 out of 100!), "Founded in 1976, Jersey Battered Women's Service (JBWS) in Morris County, NJ is a full-service domestic violence and domestic abuse prevention agency with volunteer opportunities. The services include a 24-hour hotline; counseling; safe house; transitional living; children's services; life skills education; vocational counseling; batterer's intervention; legal assistance; teen dating violence services; professional training, education and youth prevention programs; and the Morris Family Justice Center. The mission of JBWS is the prevention of domestic violence through the protection and empowerment of the victim, the rehabilitation of family members, the advocacy for social reform to prevent partner violence, and the education of the public about domestic violence and its consequences"

The Tits Out Collective was started by kickass UK dyer (and my own personal spirit animal), Countess Ablaze following an incident with another business owner. In a nutshell, he encouraged her to "donate" yarn for a faux charity event just for the exposure. Her response was an ACTUAL charity event that has since exploded into this event.
