Unplugged is Angela's preferred line of yarns for sweaters - while this wool is coarser than almost everything else we sell, it's our first choice for finished items you want to last. Whether it's a sweater, an afghan, a stuffed animal, or a pair of mittens - if it's going to see a lot of use, wear, and love and you want it to last forever while still looking like new, this is the wool to pick.

Perfect for the sweater you wear every single day, the throw you snuggle with every evening on your couch, or the mittens you wear on your morning commute, Unplugged is our line of all-purpose wool. Peruvian wool is a very strong & sturdy fiber that softens more and more over time. We ultimately selected this specific yarn because it was very well balanced and equally amazing for colorwork, textured stitches, & cables.

This wool should be handwashed unless you wish to felt your items; it’s great for that too! Like a good pair of denim jeans, garments made from our Unplugged line get better the more they’re worn. Throw a little hair conditioner in with your wool wash to help break it in even faster!

All of our 6-Packs come already packed into one of our reusable project bags and are ready to ship to you for your next big project! All the skeins in each bag are from the same dyelot, so you can be sure of a perfect match.

There's a lovely assortment of both 100g & 50g skeins in all of our Unplugged bases, so you don't have to buy too much of an accent color!
