Packages and parcels are going missing at an alarming rate! We are STRONGLY suggesting all customers get insurance on all of the orders. It costs a few extra dollars, but as we are unable to replace uninsured packages.
Our policy has always been that once a parcel leaves our hands, all is in the hands of the shipping gods. We truly regret we are unable to replace uninsured packages or packages that have suffered in transit. Thanks for your understanding!
