The cuff section of these mittens was intentionally designed to be extra long, so that you may have the option of wearing the cuffs nice and long under your jacket, or scrunching them up on your wrists for a more rustic chic look. The mittens have a super comfortable fit, and go well with pretty much any winter outfit. The thumb sections on these mittens is extra comfy, and the design doesn’t leave any bagginess at the tip of the thumb.
A blast to knit up, this is a pattern you will want to re-knit for all of your friends. The suggested yarn is breathtakingly beautiful, and super rewarding to work with! Take this pattern for a spin, and forget about hunting for presents this holiday season!
This pattern was specially designed to teach beginner knitters how to knit mittens. The pattern is worked in the round on double pointed needles, and provides plenty of practice working increases and decreases.
