• Until I get this color customization, your entire order will sit in pending - so please do it immediately after checking out.
• If I do not hear from you within 5 business days from the date of your order regarding your customized item, I'll reach out to you via email.
• If I do not receive a response to this email within another 5 business days (10 business days, or 2 business weeks, from the date of your order) I will cancel all customized items and send any remaining items to production/ship any items we physically have here.
